Cognitive delay therapy

This drug is useful for enhancing brain function, and I prefer the gel capsule form for ease of consumption. While both powder and gel options are effective, my mother requires gel due to gastrointestinal issues. Phosphatidylserine levels can be affected by deficiencies in certain nutrients. Insufficient amounts can impair cognitive abilities and cause a depressed state. There is evidence that it may help delay dementia, particularly Alzheimer’s. I noticed improvements in memory and concentration within 30 days.

As a 55-year-old, I take phosphatidylserine as a preventive measure against cognitive decline, especially since my 84-year-old mother has memory issues. I believe in taking care of one’s health before serious problems arise, and this supplement will be a key part of my routine.

Cognitive function improvement

A good thing! I took it to restore cognitive functions after depression. It enhances the metabolism of brain cells and aids in restoring nerve tissue structure. There is a result. I order it several times and drink it occasionally. It is crucial that the Phosphatidylserine comes from sunflower, as soy is undesirable due to phytoestrogens. The white jar contains sunflower Phosphatidylserine, while the black one contains soy. Be careful. I hope this is helpful; thanks!
